Weekly changeover day is usually Friday or Monday but this can be flexible by arrangement. Short breaks are available with a minimum of three nights - please enquire.

Prices include up to four people.  Up to two dogs welcome (£20 each per stay)

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations

To make a booking, please complete the enquiry form via our website or click here.

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. A deposit of 33% is payable at the time of booking (or the full amount if your holiday is within 6 weeks of arrival).

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £50 refundable damage deposit. A reminder will be sent before the balance is due.

The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection of the property.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

Payments are non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-let the property for the same period, we will refund monies paid, less any difference in rental value and a £40 administration fee.

We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.


Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4pm. Travel and key information will be provided once full payment has been received.

Check-out is by 10am. Guests are kindly asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy and to return the keys to the key safe on departure.


Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is four guests plus one baby in a travel cot (not provided). This limit must not be exceeded.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of all children under 18.

All bookings are accepted at the Owner’s discretion.


Linen and Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and a bath mat are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and travel cot bedding.


Pets

Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement.

Dogs must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the property at any time.

Dogs must be kept on a lead within Penstowe Park. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and must clean up after them.


Electricity

Electricity is supplied via meter cards. Credit will be provided based upon £5 per night. Additional credit can be purchased on site if required.


Liability

The Owner accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings during your stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged accordingly.


Lost or Forgotten Items

The Owner cannot accept responsibility for items left behind. If found, items may be returned by arrangement, with postage costs payable by the guest.


Smoking

In accordance with current legislation, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and conservatory.


Accessibility Statement

Sea Coombe is a timber-framed lodge providing single-level accommodation.

Access is via a 65 metre sloping pathway from the communal car park.

Entry to the property involves one step into the conservatory through sliding patio doors, followed by a step over the threshold into the main living area. Once inside, all rooms are on one level.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a step-over frame and a wall-mounted grab rail.

The garden is accessed via sliding doors from the living area or conservatory, with a step down onto the patio and a further step onto the lawn and seating area.
