Sea Coombe is a spacious, peaceful lodge set within 30 acres of attractive parkland surrounding Penstowe Manor – the perfect coastal hideaway near Bude.
The lodge is tastefully decorated with a modern, light and airy open-plan living space. The comfortable lounge offers seating for four, a dining table and chairs, and a Smart TV allowing you to sign in to your favourite streaming services (Netflix etc).
The well-equipped kitchen includes a double electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge – ideal for relaxed self-catering breaks.
Sliding patio doors lead directly from the lounge to a peaceful private patio and garden area, complete with picnic bench and BBQ.
The welcoming conservatory provides a lovely spot to unwind with a glass of wine while watching the abundant wildlife and enjoying beautiful sunsets. On clear nights you may even see shooting stars and the Milky Way – and occasionally hear the owls.
Bedroom 1 – Comfortable king-size bed.
Bedroom 2 – Spacious twin room with two single beds.
Shower Room – Modern suite with rain shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). A high chair is available and guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot.
Free WiFi is available throughout the lodge.
There are books, games, maps and a welcome information folder to help you make the most of your stay.
Two well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Sea Coombe (£20 per dog per stay). The nearby beaches and coastal paths make it an ideal base for dog-friendly holidays in North Cornwall.
